A padded tactical-style harness for big dogs — two lead rings, two grab handles, MOLLE webbing along the sides, and quick-release buckles so it goes on over the head and clips shut in seconds.

What it does

  • Two lead rings, two jobs. The front ring turns a pulling dog back towards you and is the one to use while you are training. The rear ring sits flat on the back and is for a dog who already walks well — jogging, hiking, everyday walks.
  • Two handles. A horizontal handle over the shoulders for immediate close control, and a vertical one for lifting — into a boot, over a fence, out of the water.
  • Quick-release buckles. Over the head, two clicks, done. No stepping into leg holes with a dog who will not stand still.
  • Padded and lined. Breathable mesh backing with extra cushioning where the straps cross the chest, so the load spreads instead of concentrating.
  • MOLLE webbing. Take pouches for waste bags, water or a first aid kit on longer walks.
  • Reflective stitching. Visible in headlights on early and late walks.

Fitting and honest limits

  • Measure before ordering. Take the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and your dog's weight, and email info@petnexashop.com. We will confirm the fit before you buy — a harness that does not fit is worse than no harness.
  • Two fingers flat under every strap once it is adjusted. Loose harnesses rub, tight ones restrict the shoulder.
  • A no-pull harness reduces pulling. It does not train a dog not to pull. The front ring makes the walk manageable while you do the training — it is not a substitute for it.
  • This is not a service dog vest and does not confer any access rights. Assistance animal accreditation in Australia comes from an approved training organisation, not from what a dog is wearing.
  • Not a vehicle restraint on its own, and not crash tested. If you tether your dog in the car, attach the tether to the rear ring and read the tether's own limits.
  • Check the stitching and buckles monthly on a strong dog.
