Our story
PetNexa started with one problem: almost everything sold for travelling with a small dog arrived without a weight limit, a dimension, or an honest delivery date.
We are an Australian store selling a small, deliberately short list of pet travel and lifestyle products. We do not carry everything. We carry what we would put our own dog in.
What we publish on every page
Pet weight limit. Dimensions. Materials. How it attaches. The delivery window - 10 to 18 business days, which is what it actually takes, not what reads best. If a claim cannot be checked by you or evidenced by us, it does not go on the page.
What we will not say
We do not describe products as crash tested, crash rated or safety certified. Those words mean something specific and we hold no documentation for them. We will not claim a vet has recommended anything, and we will not write or buy a review.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell and cannot be excluded by any policy on this site.
In plain words
Shipping
Free Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivered in 10-18 business days - the real window, stated before you order. If we are running late we will email you before you have to ask.
Returns
14 days to change your mind on unused items; return postage is yours. Separately, and regardless of that window, the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty - you choose which on a major failure, and we cover return shipping.
Reviews
We launch products with no reviews rather than borrowed ones, and we never badge an imported review as a verified PetNexa purchase.
