A hammock-style cover for the back seat. It hangs from the headrests front and rear, so your dog rides in a fabric hollow rather than on your upholstery — and cannot slide down into the rear footwell on a hard stop.

What it does

  • Covers the whole back seat. At 157 cm × 137 cm it reaches across the bench and up the seat backs, which is where the muddy paw prints usually land.
  • Sheds water and dirt. 600D Oxford fabric with a coated backing, so wet fur, spilled water and shed hair sit on top instead of soaking into the seat.
  • Stays put. Four adjustable headrest straps, two side straps, two seat anchors and a non-slip rubber backing hold it in position.
  • Mesh window. A panel of mesh in the front wall lets your dog see you in the driver's seat and keeps air moving.
  • Removable front panel. Unclip it and a passenger can share the back seat with the dog. Leave it on and the hammock is closed at the front.
  • Side zips. Open the zip to load your dog in without dragging the cover off the door sill.
  • Four pockets. Lead, waste bags, treats and a water bottle stay within reach.

Fit and honest limits

  • Fits most sedans, SUVs and dual-cab utes with two rear headrests and two front headrests. Measure your bench width against 157 cm before ordering if your vehicle is unusually narrow or wide.
  • This is a seat protector, not a restraint. The hammock walls stop your dog falling into the footwell and keep them off the front seats. It is not crash protection and we make no claim that it is. If you want your dog restrained, use a properly fitted travel harness as well.
  • The included tether clips to a harness, never to a collar.
  • Road rules on restraining animals in vehicles differ between states and territories. Check the rules where you drive.
  • Not for use as a child seat, child mat or booster of any kind.
